If one of your resolutions is philanthropy this year, consider carrying The Body Shop® new STOP Bag. Created in collaboration with Tamara Mellon, OBE, proceeds of this limited edition bag will support victims of child sex trafficking globally.
The stylish STOP Bag is made of raw 100% Community Fair Trade cotton, features eye-popping fuchsia straps, and is decorated with the hand prints of celebrity supporters including award winning actresses Nicole Kidman and Mira Sorvino, super chef Jaime Oliver, CNN anchor and TV personality Piers Morgan, and more.
Who’d think a reusable tote could be so pretty and purposeful?
Available at http://www.thebodyshop-usa.com and local The Body Shop boutiques.

You can also write and sign personal messages of inspiration to survivors. The Body Shop is running a “Words of Hope” postcard campaign in-stores this month. Recipients of these postcards are the brave young women and children rebuilding their lives and self-esteem in Somaly Mam Foundation shelters in Cambodia, Thailand and Laos. Visit http://www.somaly.org to find out more.

In honor of National Human Trafficking Awareness Day last week, The Body Shop, alongside campaign partners ECPAT USA and The Somaly Mam Foundation handed over the U.S. petition signatures of more than 720,000 U.S. citizens to the President of the National Association of Attorneys General, AG Rob McKenna. The petition demonstrates the extent of public concern on the sex trafficking crisis affecting children and young people here in the U.S. and globally.
